I’m too tired to play

I don’t even know what to do with all these toys!!
Man, these are great! I don’t even know where to begin!

Dude!!! Toyz rulez.
OMG, Mom and Dad took us to the BEST PLACE tonight… at first I thought it would be boring because it was indoors and there was no grass but it was like a farm for treats and toys — there were bones and pig ears and hooves and toys EVERYWHERE!! And Mom and Dad brought LOTS of them back with us. The car ride back was torture — I could smell them all!
But now we get to HAVE THEM!!

That little guy better not try and take mine!
Day Three of My Changed World, by Weagle
Hmm. This new guy seems to be staying here.
I guess he’s alright. At least he mostly slept last night and only once did he step on me with his big paws.
I guess I’ll let him up on the couch with me and Biscuit.

Bone time!
Hey cool, today we got bones. BIG bones. Nom nom nom!!

I also played a little bit with my new brother and sister — they played chase outdoors and I wasn’t really sure how to join in, but I gave it a shot. It was pretty fun!! Biski and I raced around while he woofed at me! He never caught me though! I’m smarter.
Well, here I am!
Yesterday’s car ride here was kind of scary. I didn’t know these people. I missed my Dad. I missed the other dogs from my foster mom’s. When we got here it was okay, I guess. They had good food.
I was kind of in shock when I first got here. My new brother and sister were nice enough, but… well, I just didn’t know what to think. So I mostly kept to myself and found a few bones to chew.

Later we all ‘went to bed’, but I was just coming out of my “quiet phase” where I got the lay of the land and was ready to PLAY!! Nobody wanted to play with me :-(.
Eventually Mommy got up and played with me and kept me company until I finally crashed out at 5 AM. Whew! Eventful first day!
Welcome to Squidges!!
We’re Biscuit and Weagle, a couple of hounds snoozin’ the day away here in Brenham, Texas. This site tells much of our story!!
